How do I skip or cancel my recurring subscription order?
Sign into your account and click on the ‘my subscriptions’ button. Under the ‘my subscriptions’ section on that page you will see your subscription. Click the ‘show details’ button and go to the ‘manage upcoming orders’ section. Click the arrow and you will see your orders and then click ‘skip shipment’.
If you want to cancel your subscription, Click the ‘show details’ button and go to the cancel my subscription section. Click the arrow and then click the red button that says ‘cancel my subscription’.
How do I renew my subscription after it has been canceled?
Sign into your accounts and click on the ‘my subscriptions’ button. Under the ‘my subscriptions’ section on that page you will see your previous subscription. Click the ‘order now’ button and complete the process.

What is the refund or return policy?
Please contact us for an exchange if you have received defective or damaged products. We are happy to work with you!
Subscriptions Customers can receive a refund on their first order only. They have 30 days to return their first order for a refund.
A credit in the amount of the final purchase price of your first order will be applied to your original method of payment. It will appear within 10-12 business days after the return is received and accepted.
When will I be charged for my order?
Your payment will be processed as soon as the order has been placed.
How do I add or remove products on my order?
When on the GDF24 product page, you can add products to the cart. You can then view the cart by clicking on it after adding a product. Once you’re viewing your cart, next to the products image, you’ll see the option to remove..
To add more once you’re viewing your cart, scan to the right side of the page and under ‘Quantity’ there will be two arrows “^” and “v” that will allow you to add or remove a certain quantity.
How do I track my order?
Once the product has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Click on the link to get updated tracking on your shipment.

You should notice you have more energy after 20-30 days of taking GDF24 daily.

How do I take GDF24?
We recommend you take two capsules in the morning daily for maximum results.
When do I take GDF24?
GDF24 will increase your energy, so it is best to take it in the morning.
Is there sugar in GDF24?
No, GDF24 is sugar free.
What is the shelf life of GDF24?
The shelf life of GDF24 is 3 years from the manufacturing date. Always check the expiration date on the product.
Is GDF24 safe to take if without the seal?
It is not recommended to take if seal is broken. If the seal is broken, please contact us at info@gdf24.com for a full refund or replacement bottle of GDF24.
Is GDF24 safe for children?
We have not tested this product with children, so we do not recommend children take GDF24.

How do I update the payment method on my account?
While checking out, there is an option under ‘Payment’ that allows you to update/change your payment method.
Sign into your account and click on the ‘manage subscriptions’ button. Under the ‘my subscriptions’ section on that page click ‘Show details’.
Click the ‘payment information’ arrow and then click ‘Change Payment Information’ button.
How do I reset my password?
When you’re logging in, if you forgot or want to change your password, click the ‘Forgot your password?’ option above the blue ‘Sign In’ button. You’ll then include your email address, and an email will be sent to you. Once opened, click on the ‘Reset your password’ option to change it. Then when you log in again, you’ll have a new password.
How do I update my address?
Go to ‘my account’ which can be found on the top right corner of the website. Then, under ‘Account Details’ you can click on ‘View Addresses’ to update your address.
How do I update my email address on my account?
Underneath ‘Order History’ on the bottom left of the screen on the ‘My Account’ page, click on ‘Manage Your Subscription.’ It will bring to your account info where you’ll be able to press the blue ‘edit’ feature that’ll allow you to update/change your email address.
How do I log into my account?
First, you must create an account under the ‘my account’ logo (minimalist image of a person) in the top right corner, then you should be ready to go.
