Helped me manage my glucose levels successfully!

I started taking GDF24 about 60 days prior to my annual physical with my primary care physician. Several of my numbers (weight, cholesterol, blood pressure) crept up from the previous year and are considered in the "watch" or "need to make adjustments" category for follow on action. My glucose, however, actually went down into the normal range, which made my physician quite happy. Truthfully, I haven't been the most disciplined for diet and exercise but I was consistent about taking GDF24 every day, and the numbers of my test results show it works.

Not working for me

I have been pleasantly surprised in taking this supplement. My sugar cravings have diminished and I’m not constantly looking for snacks when I’m not really hungry. My energy is good.
