My review is no stars, I have not received my product and I ordered it July 18th
I started taking GDF24 about 60 days prior to my annual physical with my primary care physician. Several of my numbers (weight, cholesterol, blood pressure) crept up from the previous year and are considered in the "watch" or "need to make adjustments" category for follow on action. My glucose, however, actually went down into the normal range, which made my physician quite happy. Truthfully, I haven't been the most disciplined for diet and exercise but I was consistent about taking GDF24 every day, and the numbers of my test results show it works.
I have been pleasantly surprised in taking this supplement. My sugar cravings have diminished and I’m not constantly looking for snacks when I’m not really hungry. My energy is good.

Doctor wants me on prescription medication to control blood sugar levels. I don't want to take that poison. How can I determine if this is working?

I got the pills and have been taking it but so far my sugar is still high. I will continue but nothing yet.

Very impressed with GDF24 results in many ways: I recently had full knee replacement and only after taking GDF24 did the swelling substantially reduce. Taking GDF24 seems to eliminate sugar exhaustion. I love the antioxidant effects of GDF24 in fighting long-term disease development. I can feel the increased energy especial during long bike rides.
